Student art supporting student artists

Fresh Artists is an innovative nonprofit empowering young artists to help tackle the critical shortage of arts funding in our public schools.

Our Work

Fresh Artists creates real-life opportunities for kids to engage in philanthropy, to exhibit their artwork, and to support art programs for public schools in need.

We’ve built a range of imaginative, hands-on programs to engage kids in making art and encourage their partnership in saving art making in public schools.

Whether you’re a business, non-profit, educator, or a concerned citizen, Fresh Artists has a way for you to become a part of our solution to arts funding in public schools.

Your Impact

Whether you choose to donate or become a partner, your impact will be felt and seen in classrooms and boardrooms across the country.

I’d like to sit back and remember – that’s what I did as a kid…drawing art and giving it to the community and helping other schools.

Student, Grade 5

Urban art teachers receive a fraction of the funding of their suburban counterparts. While that does not limit our students’ originality, this does limit their possibilities. ‘Fresh Artists’ is leveling the playing field.

It shows the employees that we not only talk about making a difference in the community, but that we walk the talk. And that seems to be exactly what Fresh Artists is doing, walking the talk.
